Bawls At Digital Overload!

Hey guys. Sorry for the delay in getting this posted. We've been fighting over numbers for a few weeks but everything's finally all sorted out!

As you know (or don't know), we (Game Overdrive) will be carrying Bawls for Digital Overload for the second year in a row!

First, the rules!

The Rhode Island Convention Center prohibits the sale of outside concessions within their walls, therefore we are unable to do any physical transactions at the convention center. We will not have Bawls with us at the booth, but we will be making deliveries at designated times throughout the weekend to your hotel rooms at the Radisson, Hilton, and the Westin.

If you are commuting or are not residing at a hotel and you still wish to order, then we will be providing an alternative Pick-Up method near the Convention Center. Details will be available at our booth.

We will be UNABLE to process Credit/Debit card transactions upon delivery. You must be able to pay in cash or your order may be refused. If you can only pay by plastic, you are encouraged to pre-order!

Confirmation Calls - Starting at 3PM EST on Friday, March 7th, we will begin making our confirmation calls to everyone who has pre-ordered to verify their arrival. They will then be scheduled into a time block for delivery and notified of their estimated delivery time.

One hour prior to the delivery times on each day, we will contact everyone that has been fit into that particular time slot to confirm that they will be available to accept their order at their hotel room. If they are unreachable at that point in time, we will keep trying until the deliveries are scheduled to be made. If the customer is not able to be contacted by that time, their delivery time will be pushed into the next slot. If the customer is unable to be contacted during the second delivery time period, the order may be discarded.

Delivery Times!

Friday March 7th: 4:00PM - 6:00PM (PRE-ORDERS ONLY)
Saturday March 8th: 9:00AM - 11:00AM , 4:00PM - 6:00PM
Sunday March 9th: 9:00AM - 11:00AM
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON DELIVERED ORDERS. No refunds will be given!

Delivery Failure! - If we are unable to make the delivery to your hotel room because you were not present in your room at the time of delivery, you will be bumped into the next time slot. We will also call you at the provided phone number to let you know of the change and will re-confirm the delivery. If delivery fails a second time, your order may be discarded and you may have to re-order.

YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE DISCARDED IF YOU PRE-ORDERED.
Because pre-ordering guarantees a case specifically reserved for you, we will make every attempt to make sure you receive your order. Pre-Orders are NON-REFUNDABLE and therefore it is very important to us that you do receive your purchase. In the event that you are unreachable and every delivery attempt has failed by the end of the weekend, you may be forced to forfeit your purchase or have it delivered to your residence for an additional shipping charge.

Game Overdrive, it's staff, and affiliates will not be held responsible for any incorrect information provided by the customer that results in the failure to successfully deliver a purchase nor will they be held responsible for the unavailability of a customer to receive their purchase. We will post advance notice of delivery times in conspicuous places in the area of our booth.

To Pre-Order, you must pay in full for the purchase. However, to make pre-ordering a sweeter deal, you will receive $5 off the standard price.

This year has seen the introduction of a new Bawls Flavor and Container - Cherry and 16floz!

We WILL have these item in stock and accordingly are taking Pre-Orders on them as well.

Standard Prices:

Cases of 24 Bottles are $35 each and individual bottles are $2 each.
Cases of 24 Cans are $40 each and individual cans are $2.50 each.
ALL VERIFIED PRE-ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
